Michele Minter
Michele Minter is vice provost for institutional equity and diversity and chief diversity officer at Princeton University. She oversees the University’s initiatives focused on diversity, inclusion and access for all populations including faculty and student recruitment, training, programming, and campus climate. Minter also serves as the chief compliance officer for Affirmative Action, Title VI, Title IX and the American with Disabilities Act. Prior to assuming her current role in 2011, she worked as vice president for development at the College Board and director of development and campaign director at Princeton University. Minter writes on higher education, diversity and philanthropy for such outlets as Inside Higher Ed and Diverse Issues in Higher Education. She is the co-editor of From Donor to Philanthropist (CASE 2013). Minter is a graduate of Yale University and the City University of New York. |
