Vaccination Requirements
 

If you plan to attend NADOHE 2022 Annual Conference in person in San Diego, please be advised that: 

  • All registrants are required to be vaccinated prior to participating in the in-person meeting. 
  • An attendee with a documented medical or religious exemption will need to test negative for COVID-19 within 48 hours prior to participating in conference activities.

Is the NADOHE requiring proof of a COVID-19 vaccination from all attendees?

  • NADOHE is requiring all attendees be vaccinated prior to participating in the in-person meeting. More information about how to verify status will be made available soon. 
  • An attendee with a documented medical or religious exemption will need to test negative for COVID-19 within 48 hours prior to participating in conference activities. Those who might be eligible for this exemption should contact Debra Nolan, [email protected]

 

Is NADOHE requiring all attendees to show proof of a recent negative COVID-19 test result?

  • Attendees who are fully vaccinated do not need to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test before participating in conference activities. An attendee with a documented medical or religious exemption will need to test negative for COVID-19 within 48 hours prior to participating in conference activities.

 

Is NADOHE requiring masks at the conference?

  • San Diego County is following California Department of Public Health guidance that recommends everyone wear a face covering in indoor public settings, whether you've been vaccinated or not. Masks will be available onsite. NADOHE conference attendees will be required to wear their masks in the meeting space, unless they are actively eating or drinking. 

 

Will NADOHE be providing masks onsite? Hand sanitizer?

  • Masks will be available onsite. Hand-sanitizing stations will be available throughout the conference space.
