NADOHE STRATEGIC PLAN, 2022-2027On June 10-11 and August 26, 2021, the Board of the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (NADOHE) engaged in a series of strategic planning visioning sessions facilitated by Dr. Erik Skogsberg, Vice President of Learning Experience at Voltage Control. Voltage Control is a facilitation agency that helped the Board to “radically reimagine” NADOHE and to identify strategic directions to guide the organization for the next five years and beyond.
